- First-time snorkelers and less-confident swimmers are welcome. Life jackets are provided, and our experienced crew can assist guests in the water using flotation boards, helping you enjoy the snorkeling experience more comfortably and confidently.
- Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication before boarding.

After completing your reservation, please contact us through your booking platform to arrange your pick-up. Please provide the following information: • Hotel name or accommodation address • Reservation number • Tour date • Tour time We will assign the designated pick-up location closest to your hotel or accommodation. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The time shown on your voucher is the BOAT DEPARTURE TIME, not your hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up usually takes place approximately one hour before the tour departure time. However, the exact pick-up time varies depending on your hotel and assigned pick-up location. At the pick-up location, the driver will call out your name. The vehicle will depart on time without waiting. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
