Who's behind it
I'm Lucio, and I've always believed in travel and experiences. The idea behind PIQOD is simple: why should an experience search engine be used only twice a year? I wanted a platform to live every day — searching, planning, and soon sharing, with a community of real people. We were born in the province of Naples, in Italy's Mezzogiorno: a land often battered, yet full of young people with imagination and a will to work. This company belongs to the South — and to its South it will stay deeply tied, wherever we go.
How we earn (full transparency)
When you book through our link, the provider pays us a commission. The price you pay is identical to booking directly with them — sometimes, thanks to comparison, even lower. That model keeps us neutral: we only earn when we have been useful to you.
We're young. And we listen.
