- For safety reasons, passengers weighing more than 100 kg (220 lb) will be charged an additional fee per kilogram, which will be covered directly on the day of the experience.
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the activity (hot air balloon flight). Participants must have the physical ability to climb and climb off the balloon basket on their own, as access involves moves similar to climbing a high step. Our team can offer basic assistance during boarding and descent, but travelers must be able to make these movements independently to ensure their safety. For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for people with back problems, pregnant women or people with serious medical conditions, including heart problems. All participants are advised to be in an adequate general physical condition to fully enjoy the experience.
- Pick-up takes place directly from your hotel or location within the established area (up to 5km around the Angel of Independence). Pick-up times are approximately 4:30 am, however may vary slightly depending on the location of each passenger. One day before your experience we will contact you to confirm the exact time and pickup details. It is recommended to be ready at the Lobby or agreed point at least 10 minutes in advance.
