Immersed in a generous and luxuriant nature, the Bio farm is ideal for spending a day in contact with nature. The gentle hills are suitable for pleasant naturalistic walks. Among the most welcome moments is the stop in the vineyard adjacent to the cellar: here the visitor has the opportunity to get to know the qualitative precautions in the vineyard, the favorable microclimate, harvest times. We continue the visit to the cellar passing through the area of vinification, bottling and aging of red wines. the tasting of two wines is provided directly from the vats and barrels. Visiting this organic farm allows the visitor to get to know the generosity of the Sicilian countryside up close: olive groves, citrus groves, garden of aromas, the vast lawn with Mediterranean plants.
