You will try only the best tapas in some selected bars and eateries of Valencia old town, also known as Ciutat Vella. Sipping a glass of wine or beer you will be able to feel this unique lifestyle, based on hard work but also moments of pleasure, social life and relax. We will walk through the beautiful streets of the town, passing by the most famous monuments, while our local expert will give an insight into the history and culture. You will start your culinary adventure in Plaça del Comte de Bunyol, a hidden gem surrounded by beautiful architecture that invites both visitors and locals to dive in the atmosphere of the city. Here you will meet your local expert to head to the first stop! Have a taste of esgarraet (from the Valencian esgarradet). It's another typical dish of the Valencian Community. It consists of a special salad made with roasted red bell pepper, salted cod, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Otherwise, try a delicious pintxo of sardines. The perfect appetizer to start with.
