Helmets are mandatory for the tram and zipline tours. Hairstyles may need to be pulled down or out to accommodate the helmet safely.
We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal. Transportation provided from hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information.
