Trieste & Miramare castle | Private trip from Ljubljana

From Ljubljana pass Postojna and Sezana to Trieste, we will stroll around where history and images of the past still live in the ruins, monuments, streets and buildings scattered around the city. We’ll reach its historical heart, the Capitol Hill, the site of the ancient Roman Ruins, which include the theatre, the forum and the Augustan Triumphal Arch. We’ll then admire the Castle and the Cathedral of San Giusto, the enchanting old town, the elegant seafront with exquisite palaces of remarkable architectural value, many in Neo-Classical style, and Italy’s largest square overlooking the sea, the Piazza Unità Square.  After discovering the heartbeat of this amazing Italian city we continue the tour, only a few kilometers from the city centre of Trieste, to the romantic castle of Miramare. Enshrined in the coastal rocks, it gives visitors the chance to admire the most enchanting sunsets!
