- Personal trekking gear
- Tips for guide, porter, and support staff not mandatory but expected as a gesture of appreciation
- Hot showers, battery charging & Wi-Fi – Available for an extra fee at most teahouses.
- Unforeseen expenses due to delays, weather, or emergencies like rescue or extra nights not included.
- Meals during the trek are not included. In Kathmandu, only hotel breakfasts, a welcome dinner, and a farewell dinner are provided; other lunches and dinners in the city are at your own expense.
- Drinking water not included; we recommend bringing a filter bottle or purification tablets.
Meeting point
We will meet in the Thamel area of Kathmandu. You can suggest a preferred location in Thamel or contact us in advance, and we’ll confirm the exact meeting point for pickup or briefing based on your convenience.
