Traditional Flemish brunch in old brown bar

A traditional brunch like this has gone out of style a bit which I think is a real shame. Most places have adapted a more international or even American style with their breakfasts and brunches till the point that it's the same breakfast as in any other country. My goal is to bring the local stuff back. Make it Belgian and authentic again, like I know from my childhood. So if you'd like to try the local stuff and go authentic, then come and join us.
