Cortina d’Ampezzo is well known for its delicious traditional dishes and its regional wine. With fruity red Valpolicella complementing its intense Amarone and sweet Recioto counterparts, Veneto is armed with a formidable portfolio of red wines to go with its refreshing whites, such as Soave and sparkling Prosecco. The Prosecco Hills in Conegliano and Valdobbiadene regions of northeast Italy have been added to the Unesco's World Heritage in July 2019. I’ll show you my three favorite mountain chalets where we’ll taste good wine and local food in a refined atmosphere.
