Then, it will be the Amazon’s turn! Although we often refer to Peru’s three regions, you will learn that there’s more to it at this stop. You will savour different spices and ingredients that grow in the Peruvian jungle. We will then head to the next restaurant featuring the Pacific Coast. You will get to savour fresh fish, seafood and other unusual ingredients from the sea cooked in diversified and fascinating ways! And guess what: there will be dessert… if you can finish everything!
