Take a stroll through the JFK Memorial Park at Eyre Square, enjoy an ice cream on the Salthill Promenade or pick up local specialities such as Claddagh Rings (Thomas Dillon on Quay Street) & Aran Sweaters (O'Maille's on High Street). Those who wish to sit back and people watch can relax over a pot of tea and scones at Cupan Tae (8 Quay Lane), a quaint Irish tea shop. For those of you who have had a late one in Temple Bar, these guys also do a mean Full Irish Breakfast including sausages, bacon, eggs, fried potatoes, tomatoes and soda bread with Kerrygold butter
