Hi traveler! I´m Alexandra and I look forward to hiking with you. By sunset in this old growth Swedish forest, we enter stillness and the sound experience of spring that brings the songs of the birds, water playing in the creeks and silence that lets our minds rest and our energy expand. This is an experience tailored for all your senses. This is VEGAN and ECO friendly. 30 minutes drive from the city. Small group. At our Forest location we will: • watch the sunset and the midnight sun • visit a small village • find a beautiful spot for our campfire • share a meal cooked over the fire • walk at a comfortable pace • enjoy our company and conversation • take lots of pictures • ground and relax • I will share history about Sweden • connect with the elements of the forest I will bring: • Vegan or vegetarian food • Green tea and Swedish Fika (sweets) Things to bring: • comfortable shoes • warm clothes for the evening • water bottle • extra food if you prefer something special

Benvenuto e unisciti a me in questa escursione che ti porterà lungo sentieri e sentieri nel profondo dell'antica foresta primordiale svedese. Esploreremo la sua vegetazione e la fauna selvatica, sperimenteremo le proprietà curative e il silenzio della natura, ci siederemo attorno al fuoco e condivideremo un pasto in riva a un lago nella foresta. Questa escursione ti porterà indietro nel tempo in un luogo in cui la vita era vissuta più lentamente, più semplice e potrai sperimentare la luce dorata del sole di mezzanotte nordico che dura per ore. Qui visiteremo anche un villaggio dei tempi in cui era un antico insediamento, con case di tronchi dipinte di rosso che rimanevano aperte per consentire agli ospiti di trascorrere un po' di tempo e godersi la tradizionale Fika svedese. In questo viaggio, Visiterai una delle ultime foreste vergini rimaste. Cammina su sentieri facili e alla portata di tutti, in buone condizioni. Accenderemo un fuoco e cucineremo del cibo insieme. Tutto ciò che porto da condividere da mangiare è vegano o vegetariano. Questa esperienza è ecologica e realizzata dalla gente del posto. Benvenuto per unirti a me!

Meeting point

Verrò a prendervi dal vostro Hotel se rimanete all'interno dell'area pick up nel centro della città. Se rimani fuori dal centro della città ci incontriamo al Klarabergsviadukten 70 presso il parcheggio accanto al World Trade Center di fronte alla Stazione Centrale.
