In this route we will explore the Central side of Crete following the paths of Cretan history where we will get to know the traditional way of life and learn everything about the production of the famous Cretan olive oil as well as Cretan Wines.
We will visit the shepherd's house participating in the cheese production process and finally we will enjoy an amazing meal in a traditional tavern making ourselves Cretan sweets.
