We start with a tasting of carefully selected olive oil and balsamic vinegar, with artisan bread and wine — not as a formality, but to understand flavor. Then we prepare a proper tiramisu, and fresh egg pasta from scratch. No shortcuts. No pre-made ingredients. You’ll learn techniques you can actually reuse — not just recipes. We finish by cooking two sauces: – A balanced, classic pomodoro – A Parmigiano Reggiano sauce most people have never tried before At the end, we sit down and eat together — like it should be.
