This is the beginning of surfing and a lifestyle! What to expect from one of our surf lessons: - Security Summary - Warm Up - Instruction on the beach on how to paddle and put standing on the board (stand-up) - Practice in the water according to the instructions given on the beach - Comments on the water with the instructor What we provide: - Surfboards - suitable for your experience, weight and height - Surfing suit - suitable for conditions (do not forget that the clasp is on the back). - Accident insurance
