Following explaination abour Japanese ingredients such as dashi, sauce, etc. , you can learn how to make fluffy okonomiyaki. I'll show you lots of tips in making it fluffy and tasty, and also how to substitute when you can't fine ingredients in your countries. Okonomiyaki is free to choose what to fill in it, so you can enjoy as you like with my support. It's fun to layer ingredient, to flip over after it's cooked, and put some toppings on it. (Adjustments can be made to accommodate vegetarian, or other dietary restrictions.) During waiting for okonomiyaki done, we make stir-fried pork and kimuchi. This is so savory so loved by lots of my guests. Let's say "Itadakimasu", then enjoy meals!
