Lasagna Cooking Class With Lunch + ATV Adventure with aperitif

Thanks to this special day trip you'll discover everything you don’t expect from Umbria! We begin our day with a guided tour of a farm in which animals are raised in the wild and food is cultivated without utilizing pesticides.Then, we'll get in the kitchen for getting in contact with the Italian and Umbrian culinary traditions. We'll learn all the secrets about preparing an excellent lasagna, from the preparation of the dough and its spreading, up to the cooking of the ragù and the different combinations. We are so confident in your skills, that the lasagna you'll prepare will be the main course of our lunch! After lunch, we will reach Mount Subasio for a fun experience that will give us the chance to live Umbria from a different point of view. Accompanied by our expert instructor, we will have a fun guided excursion in ATV of 1 hour along a naturalistic trail of great beauty in Mount Subasio, near Assisi, with a pleasant stop in the forest for an aperitif included.
