Passion in Italian cuisine

The love for cooking makes my passion grow more and more every day in transmitting my recipes and dishes to people who come from all over the world. This sharing is an unparalleled richness that makes my cooking classes a moment of happiness in being able to cook together and a pleasant moment of cultural exchange. Each guest will have a workstation at their disposal to work with all the ingredients and utensils available. I will teach the techniques to obtain pasta that is easy to work with and good to eat. We will prepare the proposed recipes together and I will show you the various possibilities in which you can season your fresh pasta. Our course will end with the preparation of a classic coffee tiramisu which will be prepared by you in a single portion. I also propose vegetarian menus to be agreed in advance. I also offer a transfer from Como city to my home and back at no additional cost.
