At Gin Eva we have been distilling for more than 10 years. Our understanding of gin is closely linked to the Mediterranean lifestyle and we want to share our passion with everyone who wants to know more and, above all, enjoy it. All attendees taste 5 of our gins as we explain how and why we started distilling, where the differences in gin lie and where the journey of the whole gin category is headed in the future. A surprise cocktail awaits you at the end of the rehearsal and we take the opportunity to share how to make cocktails at home in a simple, practical and fun way with utensils that we all have. The Gin Eva experience includes a guided tasting of 5 gins, an introduction to the origins of the gin and the ins and outs of Gin Eva, and a surprise cocktail tasting. You will receive information on how to prepare and present different cocktails at home. Water, quelitas, chips and olives for snacking are included.

Meeting point

We can be found right at the entrance to Llucmajor's industrial area. The Casa Eva logo and the Gin Eva star can already be seen from the roundabout. You can park in the yard or on the street. "Tasting Room" is written in large letters above the tasting room.
