Il suo viaggio di 105 km verso il mare, il fiume Cetina, inizia ai piedi del monte Dinara, rifornendo diverse sorgenti d'acqua a 380 m di altitudine, di cui le più abbondanti sono la sorgente di Glavaš, la sorgente di Vukovića e la sorgente di Batića. Le sorgenti si uniscono nel lago Peruča, da dove il fiume Cetina continua il suo corso in direzione di Omis, dove sfocia nel mare Adriatico.
