Then passing by iconic alleys and churches, we’ll walk to a traditional café nearby to taste freshly made horchata. You’ll learn how this unique Valencian drink is made, and how to drink it like a local paired with a delicious light and fluffy pastry called a farton.

At our third stop, we’ll visit a city landmark that’s almost a hundred years old; the incredible Central Market. Here you’ll learn about the most traditional Valencian dishes, taste the best Spanish ham (acorn fed Iberian ham), as well as artisanal Spanish sheep’s cheese. While in the market we’ll join the locals at a small farm-to-table tapas bar - be ready to become a Spaniard!

We’ll then head to one of the very best, traditional tapas bars, which is well-loved by Valencians. Open since 1946, it has always specialised in fresh fish.While having some tapas, you'll learn all the tips and tricks to enjoy tapas like a local.
