Day Trip: Pasta Cooking Lab With Lunch & ATV quad tour

Thanks to this special day trip you will discover all the things you don’t expect from Umbria! In a lovely farmhouse among the olive trees, we will learn the biological phases from the grain to the grind, learn to recognize the various types of flour, the flour processing techniques, and experience the flour processing into typical Umbrian pasta. Our chef will tell us all about their farm and will teach us how to prepare different types of pasta; she will teach us the secrets to making it well and will give us advice on preparing the right sauce for each type. The quad adventure will let us experience Umbria in a different way and let us see a bit of nature in the green heart of Italy. It is a guided excursion that does not require any special driving skills, after a few minutes you will be at ease and you will have a great time. During the excursion an aperitif in the woods.
