   Meeting at 8:30am at our desk which is down the street from the Bar/Restaurant “Terrazza dell’Etna” The volcanological/alpine guide, after a briefing, will lead you towards the cable car (ticket €50 round-trip INCLUDED) to begin the ascending up to 2500 m a.s.l We’ll begin the trekking until 3000 m a.s.l going through volcanic sand extensions, old and recent lava flows Once you reach the base of the Summit Craters, you’ll observe the suggestive scenery unique in the whole world; from here, you can feel the greatness of this amazing volcano We’ll begin descending towards 2500 m a.s.l with a break to have lunch (not included) with the visit of the 2001 crater, still fuming, at 2700 m a.s.l We’ll then be back to the starting point to end the excursion
