We want to share with you our traditions and love for cooking while we prepare:
- 2 types of cheeses: fresh cheese and Ricotta
- 2 types of pasta: Orechiette and Gnochi or noodles
- Focaccia
At the end, the table will be ready to enjoy all the prepared dishes, plus some appetizers that the chef will offer us, accompanied by local wines.
