   Live the authentic experience of the processes of coffee, sugar cane, interpretation of the primary forest and how this has remained in our family for more than 250 years. We will start this experience with a cup of coffee at the reception, where we will make an introduction to the coffee drink, the plant, its history and each process from the seed to the cup. We will talk about nature, its ecosystems and the biodiversity present in the reserve, and we will also explain our sustainability. We will continue the experience by taking a tour of the coffee plantations that are located in the forest, observing the coexistence between the economic activity of coffee and the conservation of the ecosystem. Then we will do a tasting of coffee, sugar cane and chocolate, explaining its benefits and medicinal properties.
