They are famous for the color of their waters which is unique due to several factors, among which include the type of soil found at the bottom, the vegetation and the refraction of light. The tour is framed by a reed valley, mountains and tropical jungle in which rich and dense flora can be seen, including several species of orchids, bromeliads, juniper trees, palomillo trees, sapodilla, cedar and mahogany, among others.
