Enhance the Experience The tasting includes traditional Japanese snacks, allowing you to enjoy perfect pairings and explore how sake complements different foods. Sweet Finish Finally, savor amazake, a sweet fermented drink made from rice koji, which is also enjoyed as a dessert.
