Hosted at our riad by Chef IMMA and translated by our friendly manager Youssef, the experience is small and personal, with a maximum of 8 guests. Starting at 10:00 AM, you’ll explore the local furan (communal oven), visit the hammam furnace, and shop for fresh ingredients in the bustling souks. Back at the house, under Imma’s guidance, you'll prepare traditional Moroccan dishes — colorful salads, a flavorful tagine, and a fresh fruit dessert. After cooking, we'll sit together and enjoy the delicious meal you've created, just like family. You’ll also receive recipe sheets to recreate the magic at home. Perfect for first-time visitors or those seeking a deeper connection with Marrakech, our class offers an authentic and heartwarming experience.
