The meal follows the philosophy of old island kitchens: simple, seasonal and unpretentious. What matters is not fine dining, but the atmosphere — shade above the tables, the scent of the grill and the slow rhythm of a Dalmatian afternoon. Depending on the day and the catch, guests usually choose between grilled mackerel, grilled chicken, or traditional pasta with tomato sauce (“manistra na pome”). A modest island meal, shaped more by tradition than presentation. “No fine dining. No staged luxury. Just honest local food served slowly by the sea.”
