This experience is led by a friendly English speaking host as well as a skilled sushi master. The classroom is a classic Japanese style, located in a hidden local building in the Tsukiji market. Firstly, you'll watch the fish disassembly show by the pro sushi chef, getting know the several steps how to prepare fish for sushi. They will explain about Japanese knives. Next, you'll learn about what exact sushi is and proper steps making nigiri sushi and rolled type. The sushi master will teach you all you need to know, helping you step by step. Proper sushi making utensils and tableware are provided by local shops. In the tasty part, you will enjoy your sushi! While you eat your own, the sushi master will prepare another and with expertly prepared wasabi as fresh as can be. Vegetarians and gluten-free guests are more than welcome! ※Sake pairing with fresh Fish class※ Learn Sake pairing secrets through a tasting quiz, slice fresh sashimi with a traditional Japanese knife, and roll your own premium unagi sushi in this fun, hands-on food experience!
