The first dish we will prepare is bulz, a rustic and comforting recipe made with creamy polenta and traditional Romanian cheese. It is a simple but flavorful dish that reflects the heart of local cuisine. The second dish is one of Romania’s most beloved desserts: papanasi. Together, we will prepare the dough using sweet cheese, eggs, and flour, then fry it until golden and serve it with sour cream and fruit jam. Throughout the experience, we cook step by step, share stories about Romanian traditions, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a real home. After cooking, we will sit down together and enjoy the meal we prepared — just like friends gathering around the table.
