For our buffet, the choice is to offer symbolic dishes of the culinary tradition of our country revisited in a contemporary key with particular attention to seasonality and the enhancement of carefully selected products. From the belief that a good dish is made from simple and genuine ingredients comes our proposal of dishes composed of raw materials deriving from our synergistic vegetable garden or from our network of small organic producers in the area with whom we actively collaborate in support of the local agricultural sector, precious heritage for our region.
