From there, we walk toward the foothills of the majestic Agua Volcano, surrounded by lush landscapes and authentic rural life. Along the way, you’ll explore coffee plantations and also learn about other crops and wild plants that thrive in this fertile volcanic soil. With a local small-scale farmer, you’ll discover the artisanal process of coffee—from seed to cup—participating in every step. You’ll roast, grind, and finally taste a delicious cup of freshly brewed coffee that you helped prepare. To end the experience, you’ll have the unique opportunity to purchase coffee directly from the producer, supporting local families and sustainable community growth.
