What’s not allowed • Outside food and beverages inside restaurants/cafés (purchases allowed on site). • Drones without prior authorization. Accessibility • The zoo is wheelchair accessible aside from certain areas indicated on-site and on the visitor map. • Dedicated tickets are available for visitors with disabilities; a disability card may be requested. Additional information • Free entry for children under 3 years old (proof of age may be requested). • Entrances: Nov–Feb and bank holiday weekends/August: use the North Entrance. Rest of year: use the South Entrance. • Performances and schedules: Check daily times on the official ZooParc de Beauval website or on-site displays. • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point. • Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
