What’s not allowed • IT: The 4D Experience® is not recommended for guests under 15 years. • Pets are not permitted due to venue restrictions. Accessibility • The experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Use the middle gates at the turnstiles for wheelchair entry. • Guests with valid disability documentation may bring a carer free of charge. • Thorpe Park may not be suitable for guests with back or neck issues, cardiac conditions, high blood pressure, motion sickness, recent surgery, or pregnancy. • Guide dogs are welcome in the park but are not permitted on rides. Additional information • Infants must sit on laps during rides. • Children under 1.2 m can enter free of charge. • Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. • Height restrictions vary by ride, generally between 1.4 m and 1.96 m. • Re-entry requires a hand stamp before exiting the park. • Facilities include toilets, Changing Places facilities, first aid, parking, free Wi-Fi, and lockers. • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point. • Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
