Getting started
Head to the main entrance and show your mobile or printed ticket. Staff will scan your ticket and provide the day’s presentation schedule. Lockers are available for a small fee. The aquarium is fully accessible, with ramps, elevators, and facilities for strollers and wheelchairs.

- Know before you go What to bring • A valid mobile or printed ticket, light clothing, and a camera for pictures. What's not allowed • Pets, outside food and drink, taking photos for commercial use without permission, flash photography, and smoking in non-designated areas. Accessibility • The venue is fully wheelchair and stroller-accessible. Ramps and elevators are available. Guide dogs are welcome. Additional information • No onsite parking; 3-hour free street parking available nearby. • Rental lockers are available for a small fee. • A souvenir shop is located inside the aquarium. • Children under 3 years of age are admitted free. • Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly. • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point. • Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
