- To protect the environment, plastic bottles are not allowed on board by Ha Long Bay management. You can use a reusable bottle instead
- Sung Sot Cave climbing may not be suitable for individuals with high blood pressure or joint and bone problems.
- Kayaking might get your clothes and phone/camera wet, so guests are advised to bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag to protect their phone.
- Since Ha Long Bay is always busy with tourists, the schedule might be changed a bit to avoid the crowds. We always try our best to make sure you have the best experience
- Pick-up service is available within Hanoi Old Quarter area. Due to new traffic rules, From 1 July 2026 tourist buses are not allowed to enter some inner-city streets. We will arrange a nearby meeting point within a short walking distance from your hotel. After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you again to confirm the exact meeting point and pick-up time in detail.
