If we do not receive your flight information at least 3 days before your trip starts, we will assume you will self-check in at your first-night hotel. Please note that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM

This is a combined bus tour. Besides the regular Pickup and drop-off locations, additional points may be added to the tour.

The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any inaccurate information provided resulting in errors for the pick-up service; the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability.
