Description

I am the founder of the social educative non profit project Pikala ( i'm originally from the Netherlands). We use the bicycle to give free education and opportunities for Moroccan youth to become bicycle guides or bicycle Mechanics. Morocco has a very young population but often you do not get to know them when you visit the country. I have trained talented youth to give tourists a personal introduction into the moroccan Culture and to hear more stories of this new generation of Morocco.

Along the way, you’ll taste warm bread fresh from a traditional bakery, meet artisans creating Morocco’s famous zellige tiles, and admire the elegant gardens and impressive architecture of the Royal Palace from the outside. You’ll also explore the rituals and role of the hammam, a cornerstone of Moroccan social life, before cycling through modern districts like Gueliz and Hivernage, with their wide boulevards, stylish cafés, and luxury hotels. The tour is more than sightseeing—it’s a cultural exchange that helps you understand how Morocco blends heritage with modern living. Comfortable clothes are recommended, and don’t worry about Marrakech’s “organized chaos” traffic you’ll quickly learn to flow with it. Above all, the experience is fun, engaging, and memorable.

We are in a strategic place easy to reach by any different types of transportation ( Taxi, Bus , Tuk Tuk or on foot. We are next to Pharmacy Bab Doukala, right by the main street of Boutouil.
