During the visit, you’ll be introduced to our 3 aging methods—amphora, French oak barrels, and stainless steel—which shape the distinctive character of our wines. You’ll explore our macerated white wine made from three native grape varieties and our cru red wine crafted from Primitivo grapes. The experience concludes with a tasting of our wines paired with a selection of local specialties thoughtfully chosen to enhance their flavors. You can also add the vineyard option to your experience. In this case, the tour begins with a visit to a private vineyard just outside Locorotondo, led by a member of our staff. Please note that you will need your own vehicle to reach the vineyard.
