   Departure from San Lorenzo di Beffi, in the heart of the Sirente-Velino Park, for an authentic experience in the Subequana Valley. Before getting on the e-bike, introduction to the territory: from the pre-Roman origins to the strategic role over the centuries, up to the pastoral and agricultural traditions that define its identity. The route winds along quiet dirt roads surrounded by nature, away from traffic and ideal for enjoying the landscape safely. First stop in Fontecchio, one of the most fascinating villages in the valley, with a stop to visit the fourteenth-century fountain and the Clock Tower, walking through medieval alleys. Continue towards Tione degli Abruzzi and Goriano Valli, with a stop at a picturesque natural lookout from which to admire the entire valley. Last stop in Beffi, a village dominated by the remains of the castle, with the possibility of climbing to the most panoramic point. The return to San Lorenzo concludes an experience that combines nature, history and culture, between outdoor activities and discovery of the territory. The itinerary is suitable for everyone thanks to the use of e-bikes and includes relaxing stops to experience each place calmly.
