Tijdens deze wijnproeverij zal er een focus zijn op de regio "Tri-Veneto". Deze wijnproeverij omvat vier wijnen, allemaal gecombineerd met een klein voorgerecht of faats faim (cichetti genoemd, en vergelijkbaar met Spaanse tapas). Je leert diepgaand over wijn terwijl je de namen, kleuren, aroma's, smaken, voedselcombinaties, serveertemperaturen, beste leeftijden, alcoholniveau's en geografische gebieden bespreekt.
