We bereiden twee klassieke Italiaanse gerechten die elke zondag op tafel staan bij elk zichzelf respecterend Italiaans gezin. We bezoeken het Pastamuseum met een deskundige gids. We beginnen met een historische/theoretische inleiding en gaan vervolgens over op het praktische gedeelte, waar je zelf twee gastronomische gerechten kunt maken die Italië wereldberoemd hebben gemaakt: lasagne en tiramisu!

Our cooking school is located at Lungarno Guicciardini 17r, 50125 Florence. NOTE: ‘r’ stands for RED. Florence uses two numbering systems: red for businesses, blue for residences. Look for number 17 in RED — not the blue one — and ring the bell marked "PASTA EXPERIENCE" to be let in.
