But do we really know its secrets and regional specialties? Today, we will have a wonderful experience from flour to pasta! In a lovely farmhouse among the olive trees, we will learn the biological phases of the product from the grain to the grind, learn to recognize the various types of flour, the flour processing techniques, the seasons and their crops, and experience the flour processing into typical Umbrian pasta. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy a delicious plate of pasta!
