Embark on a 5 km hike down the valley to discover a hidden oasis. Visit Don Jeronimo's family to learn about mezcal production and enjoy a tasting. We meet at 6:00 AM in Macedonio Alcalá 802, Centro, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, ring the bell ‘’A’’, between Bicibella and Café Punto Paz. A drive of 1:50 hrs to the town of San Isidro Roaguía (Hierve el Agua), where an authentic delicious breakfast will be waiting (hot chocolate and coffee will be served). As we arrive at Hierve el Agua, we will explore the whole area and look at it from many different perspectives. You will have free time at the pools where you will have a chance to refresh and swim in the healing thermal (not hot) waters of Hierve el Agua; swim, meditate, or just contemplate the beautiful view of the valley below.
