*Masterclass of Iberian ham: origin, classification and elaboration. *Visit the winery and dryers. *Tasting of our 100% Iberian Acorn Ham and our traditional sausage. All accompanied by a glass of wine from the Sierra de Salamanca. * And if you want more, contact us for an unforgettable Gourmet experience for groups of 8 to 16 people where after the visit you can go much deeper into Iberian cuisine in a lunch of 8 Iberian passes that our live chef elaborates with the best Iberian cuts, paired with the best product of each season.

集合地点

From Salamanca it only takes 10 - 12 minutes by car from the city center, plus parking is free and located right at the entrance of our facilities. You also have the option of using the taxi or public bus service (line 35 and 36 from Gran Vía).
