- Know before you go What to bring • Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the start of the tour. • Carry your electronic voucher on your mobile device for entry. • Make sure to layer up if you're taking a tour during the winter months. What’s not allowed • Strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, and large packages are not allowed, as the tuk-tuks do not have storage space. • Pets and service animals are not permitted in the tuk-tuks. • Food and drinks are not included and should not be consumed during the tour. • Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on board. Accessibility • This experience is not wheelchair accessible. • The tuk-tuks cannot accommodate strollers or mobility aids.
