- Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.

- You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.

- Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 750MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located hotels in Costa Mujeres, Playa Mujeres, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya. You will confirm your exact departure time with the local tour operator.
