Francesco, winemaker and olive oil producer will guide you through the artisanal production of extra virgin olive during an immersive walk in the olive grove in Balestrate. After the tour, we'll enjoy a tasting session featuring our wines, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegars, and limoncello accompanied by a selection of traditional Sicilian dishes. The tasting will take place in a typical Sicilian house with Francesco's grandparents in attendance, sharing stories of this enchanting part of Sicily.
集合地点
We're 40 minutes from Palermo. The meeting point is near the exit/entrance of the highway in Balestrate.
We can Pick you up ( Is an extra service)or take the bus from Palermo to Alcamo; from Alcamo, it's just a 15-minute car ride to our place.
